I'm getting very tired of seeing actual issues and discussion being drowned out with "why does my menu glass look like this". Menu glass being broken textures is because you either didn't read this post, are using outdated Optifine, or are using Badlion/third-party clients. Bows not drawing arrows is an Optifine bug, not a resource pack issue.
